The standard unloading time for deliveries to chain stores is 2 hours.

The cost of delivery to chain stores is charged at fixed rates: doorstep delivery (in accordance with the weight category) + 1 hour of vehicle demurrage.

Vehicle demurrage above the standard amount is paid for additionally.

Every partial hour of demurrage longer than ten minutes is billed as a full hour.
