Consolidated cargo

A priority area for “Svetlana”-K is transport of consignments, whether a single kilogram or several tons, to Russian cities. Freight services are offered both between company branches and to any place in Russia, no matter how far or hard to access.

Freight pickup/delivery in our branch cities is made at our warehouses and also at the doorstep of the freight recipients.

To other Russian cities, cargo is delivered through the efforts of our regional divisions. In these areas, cargo is delivered from door to door.

Consolidated cargo is moved by road, rail, and air.

Transport of consolidated cargo includes the following steps:

• Weighing
• Extra packing with soft materials
• Labeling
• Loading/unloading at “Svetlana”-K terminals
• Storage of the cargo for three days after it arrives at the destination
• Account Manager support
• Notification of cargo location

Each client is assigned an Account Manager. Our manager’s task is to resolve any issues that arise and to make our relationship work for you.

Notification of cargo location

You can check the current location of your delivery in one of the three following ways:

1. Use our Order Status E-Notification service. All you need to do is:

- Tell us that you want to use this service, by e-mailing us at  info@svetlana-k.ru  or telling your Account Manager;
-  Give us one or more e-mail addresses at which you want to receive status updates.

Order status information will be sent to your e-mail address at each step of the transit process, and will look as follows:

-  Cargo accepted at warehouse;
-  Cargo accepted for shipping;
-  Cargo received by courier;
-  Cargo delivered to recipient.

2. Use the Order Status page on our website.
3. Contact our company’s call center.

• Round-the-clock cargo acceptance, processing, and collection in Moscow;
• Set schedule for cargo shipment;
• E-notifications of delivery status;
• Pay for shipping only when a delivery arrives, without pre-payment;
• Timely provision of complete accounting documents;

• Warehousing services, storage in category-A and -B warehouses;
