Additional hard packaging (crates)

To protect freight and minimize the risk of mechanical damage (breakage/fracturing of freight and its components), “Svetlana”-K offers its clients crate-creation services, for additional hard packaging protection for your freight.

Our crates are wooden, matching the dimensions of the load and protecting it from external mechanical impacts.

Crate cost, per cubic meter: 900 rubles

Minimum crate fee: 600 rubles

Freight requiring crates:

• Items made of porcelain, pottery, glass, and crystal (including dishes);
• Auto glass, body parts;
• Showcase windows, mirrors;
• Decorative items from mortars/concretes, clay, and gypsums;
• Motor transport;
• Power-generating equipment and the like.

If a freight packaging does not meet the transport requirements and the client refuses to use crates, “Svetlana”-K reserves the right to refuse to accept and transport the freight.

RETURN OF ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS

At client request, “Svetlana”-K can return the original accompanying documents for freight, signed by the recipient. This service is available for doorstep delivery.

This is available for clients whose offices are located at one of Svetlana-K’s branches.

The cost of this service is 100 rubles.
