This page describes how to conclude contracts with “Svetlana”-K for transportation and courier services. Here you will learn about how we ship, our Terms and Conditions of Providing Freight Forwarding Services, and template contracts for you to sign.

Concluding Contracts

For legal entities making regular shipments, we recommend concluding a contract for freight forwarding services.

To conclude a contract, provide “Svetlana”-K with copies of the following documents:

  • INN certificate
  • OGRN certificate
  • Decision (minutes) of the founder on the appointment of the executive entitled to power of signature;
  • EGRYuL excerpt
  • Charter

Send the signed, completed contract blanks to “Svetlana”-K, at our Moscow office or the corresponding regional branch.

Shipping guidelines

Freight is shipped in accordance with the transportation schedule. For information about the shipment schedule for major routes from our Moscow branch, click here.

To make sure your freight is sent on the next shipment out, it should be delivered to Svetlana-K’s warehouse at least four hours prior to departure.

If “Svetlana”-K is transporting the freight from the client’s doorstep, the request for cargo pickup must be completed on the previous working day.
